This bespoke apartment project involved complex party wall negotiations with surrounding neighbours and businesses. Situated on a brownfield site close to the High Street in Gosforth, the design maximised the opportunities for natural lighting with a stepped rear elevation, allowing for each apartment to have private balconies and terraces,
Each of the apartments achieved an A Energy Performance Rating with underfloor heating throughout fed off a low energy air source heat pump.
